Read the funnel

MetricWhat it tells you
Product ViewsEligible product-page views observed by virtual.fit.
Widget OpensTimes shoppers opened the fitting room.
Try-ons CompletedTry-ons that produced a result.
Add To CartSuccessful cart additions recorded for tracked products.
Checkout StartedTracked products that entered checkout.
PurchasesCompleted purchases attributed to tracked product activity.
RevenueRevenue reported with completed purchase activity.
Choose Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or All time, then select Refresh when you need the latest activity.
Recent storefront activity can take a short time to appear. Currency and revenue quality depend on complete commerce event data.

Compare products

The Top Products table brings views, completed try-ons, cart additions, purchases, and revenue together by product. Use it to answer practical questions:
  • Which products attract try-ons but few cart additions?
  • Which Active products receive views but no fitting-room opens?
  • Which products convert after a completed try-on?
  • Do recent image or theme changes affect one product more than others?
Compare similar products over the same date range. A low-volume product can show large percentage swings from only a few shoppers.

Review generated results

Open Results to review completed try-ons for the selected storefront.
  • Check that the product title matches the garment shown.
  • Review representative results across garment types and source-photo styles.
  • Confirm recent product-image changes improved the expected products.
  • Use timestamps to match a shopper report to the correct result.
A deleted result remains listed as unavailable so historical counts stay understandable. The image itself can no longer be reviewed.
Results contain shopper-provided personal data. Limit dashboard access, avoid unnecessary exports, and do not reuse images for marketing, portfolios, or model training without separate valid consent.

When numbers look incomplete

  1. Use a single test product and note the start time.
  2. Open virtual.fit and complete one try-on.
  3. Add that product to cart.
  4. Start checkout and, where possible, complete a test order.
  5. Refresh Analytics after allowing time for processing.
For Custom JavaScript storefronts, verify the event timing and identifiers in Commerce events. For Shopify, confirm the app remains installed and connected.

Report an analytics issue

Include:
  • Storefront name and affected product ID.
  • Date range and timezone.
  • Expected and observed funnel stages.
  • Order, checkout, or cart ID when relevant.
  • Approximate test time.
  • Whether the shopper had granted analytics consent.
Do not include a shopper photo or full customer profile unless support specifically requests it through an approved channel.
